Penelope is a wearable dragon. She loves to sit on your shoulder and survey the world. She's just as happy sitting on a bookshelf with a good view out the window or of the TV.
Her marabou fluff is non-toxic and her eyes are safety eyes, however we do recommend that small children and rough adults are supervised while playing with her.
