Valerie is a knitted mouse who is named after Great Grandma's best friend, who loved to knit. She was partially made by Val and discovered recently at the bottom of a box. Granny Fi lovingly finished her while shedding a few tears when remembering Great Grandma and Val sitting in the living room knitting together.
